Why I could not purchase NFT even I won the lottery?
Even if you win, purchases are limited due to the available quantity, and they are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that purchases cannot be canceled once completed. For example, if there are 15 winners for a project with only 10 available items, only the first 10 winners can make a purchase, and the remaining 5 cannot.
*However, please be aware that the maximum number of NFTs one person can purchase varies by project. If one person can buy multiple NFTs, more than 5 people may be unable to purchase, so please take note.
Don’t forget: After the lottery, you’ll receive a “Winner’s Email” when you win (at the start of the sale). Once notified, try to make your purchase as soon as possible.
