What if my copyrighted work is being sold without permission?
Projects to be launched through OSB LaunchPad are carefully selected from among many applications. During the review process, if we can confirm signs of misuse or fraud, we will reject the launch.
In addition, if the user violates the terms of use after the project is released, the display on OSB LaunchPad may be canceled.
Released NFTs will continue to exist on the blockchain. (I don’t have permission to change this.)
In addition, we have established the following deprecation criteria for the safety of all users.
・When it is determined that the protected intellectual property is infringed
・If it is determined that the person is promoting criminal acts, suicide or self-harm.
・If it is determined that the person is inciting hatred or violence against others
・When it is determined that another individual is desecrated or exposed
Please note that even if the above does not apply, the project may be rejected or abolished if it is determined that it violates the terms of use.
Also, in the unlikely event that you have confirmed a violation, please promptly notify the management.
