What wallets and blockchains can be used?
There are three types of blockchains: public chains, private chains, and consortium chains. While public chains have no restrictions on participants and do not require permission (also called “permissionless”), private chains allow participation only by specific users and require permission to be allowed in. In addition, the consortium chain will be in an intermediate position between these two.
